•You acknowledge our 2-hour response guarantee applies during business hours (9 AM - 6 PM GST, Sunday - Thursday)
•You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time

6. Service Limitations & Disclaimers

7. Payment & Refunds

The initial 45-minute consultation is provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed.

7.2 Paid Engagements

Payment terms for implementation services will be outlined in separate service agreements. Typical structures include milestone-based payments with 30-50% upfront deposits.

7.3 Refunds

Refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once development work has commenced.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law:

•CodexaAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use
•Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question
•We are not responsible for data loss, business interruption, or profit loss unless caused by gross negligence

9. Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement according to the terms specified in the service agreement. CodexaAI reserves the right to refuse service or terminate relationships at our discretion, particularly in cases of non-payment, misuse of services, or violation of these terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

11. Changes to Terms
